Jorge graduated from the College of Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines in Diliman. He is the founding president of LAPIS, a recognized organization of artists in Lipa City, Batangas. He currently resides in the historical town of Taal, Batangas. You may view some of his works at the Museo de Lipa in Lipa City, Batangas.
